State of Oregon – Annual Reports
The State of Oregon’s Office of Disease Prevention & Epidemiology within it’s Public Health Division within the Department of Human Services creates an annual report about the Oregon Death with Dignity Act.
The report summarizes the number of recipients of lethal medication, and the legal hastened deaths within the scope of the Oregon law.
A complete listing of the Death with Dignity Act Annual Reports are also available on a state-managed web site.
Annual reports are released each following Spring.
Annual Reports from Year 1 (1998), Year 2 (1999), Year 3 (2000), Year 4 (2001), Year 5 (2002), Year 6 (2003), Year 7 (2004), Year 8 (2005), Year 9 (2006), Year 10 (2007), Year 11 (2008), Year 12 (2009).
